• Job Description: • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards, statutory requirements, and company policies always. • Maintain safety records, documentation, and compliance reports as per ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 and client requirements. • Conduct risk assessments, hazard identification, Waste Management plan and job safety analysis (JSA) for site activities. • Monitor and enforce safe work practices at site, ensuring compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems. • Develop and implement safety procedures, emergency response plans, and safe operating practices. • Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and regular training for employees and contractors. • preparing and conducting Mock Drills (Fire, First Aid, Evacuation, Chemical Spill, Heat Stress, Natural Calamity etc.). • Carry out site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations; prepare reports with corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). • Liaise with project teams, contractors, and statutory bodies on HSE matters. • Promote safety awareness and develop a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce.
