**Role & responsibilities** - Booking appointments and coordinating with diagnostic centers and tele-doctors via email and calls - Handling escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues - Managing operational workflows to ensure smooth and efficient processes **Skills & Competencies:-** - Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written) - Ability to coordinate effectively and manage multiple task **Shift:-** Rotational Shift including late evening shifts up to 10 PM, and also night shifts
