Operations Management Executive

Job description

Role & responsibilities • Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution from order receipt to final delivery. • Review customer requirements, purchase orders, schedules, and delivery commitments. • Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Procurement, Production, PPC, Quality, and Logistics teams. • Monitor production plans, material availability, WIP, FG, and dispatch schedules. • Track project QCD Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance and highlight deviations. • Follow up on material shortages, production delays, quality issues, and project risks. • Maintain ERP/MRP data, project trackers, MIS reports, and required documentation. • Communicate project status, delivery updates, and delays to customers and internal stakeholders. • Support customer complaints, returns, change management, and corrective actions. • Monitor project costs, product profitability, and cost-reduction initiatives. • Conduct regular project reviews and follow up on action items until closure. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, VA/VE, and continuous improvement. Preferred candidate profile • Education: Graduate / Post Graduate in Engineering, Operations, Management or related field. • Experience: Freshers / 01 Year • Basic understanding of Project Management & Operations. • Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP/MRP and documentation. • Strong communication, coordination and analytical skills. • Good problem-solving and time-management abilities. • Willingness to learn, take responsibility and work with cross-functional teams.
