Join our India Operations team and spearhead the next wave of Hybrid Quick Commerce expansion.Are you ready to lead high-visibility, strategic projects that directly drive revenue — while harnessing Lean methodologies to transform and optimize operational processes? Join the Hybrid Operations team as an Operations Manager for the 3P Quick Commerce Business. You will oversee 3P stores across the Karnataka, Kerala, and Tamil Nadu network — driving network expansion, managing operations and performance, guiding store design, and ensuring compliance at every touchpoint. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you'll look beyond daily operations to envision scalable, long-term solutions and challenge the status quo to drive bold growth across the network. A key workstream will be Launches — you will be expected to maintain a high bar on driving launches of stores (Dark Store & Supermarket format) for the region, ensuring seamless execution and operational readiness from day one. You must be able to dive deep, scrutinize details, and foresee data implications. With deep customer obsession and a strong sense of ownership, you'll identify patterns, spot disruptions early, and drive closed-loop problem resolution in coordination with cross-functional teams. You'll raise the bar with every hire and actively mentor your team to build future leaders who can independently own and scale operations.Flexibility to work weekends and travel to stores for launches, setup, and monitoring of 3P operations is essential.Key job responsibilitiesRoles and Responsibilities:1. Partner with 3P seller, Category, Supply Chain, Last Mile Ops, Finance, and LM partners to align operational priorities.2. Build and communicate staffing plans, forecasts, and productivity targets to regional stakeholders. 3. Collaborate with Last Mile Program team to optimize operational costs through resource effective HC planning.4. Lead, coach, and develop a team of frontline managers and operations executives5. Escalate unresolved issues and callouts to WBRs; own corrective actions and drive closure.6. Lead all ARTs — ensuring end-to-end stitching of forecast planning, S&OP, capacity planning for UTR & OTR, contingency handling, daily peak calls, and accurate reporting. 7. Drive operational performance across multiple cities ensuring targets for quality, productivity, safety, and customer experience are consistently met. The candidate will be responsible for both UTR (Under the roof) and OOR (Out on road) metrics.8. Identify and lead process improvement, operational simplification, and automation initiatives.9. National Level Projects: Lead or contribute to national-level projects on quality improvement, operational excellence, and cost optimization10. Drive a strong safety culture through audits and zero-incident targets; ensure compliance with food safety, FSSAI, and local regulatory requirements.11. Ensure timely launch for Quick Commerce (QC) Hybrid stores across T10+ network and escalate to Launch team for any lag/delay/breach in the launch workstream; own resolution timelines and corrective actions.Additional responsibilities:Monitor and manage operational performance of existing Fresh 3P stores across T10+ cities.- Basic qualifications2+ years of employee and performance management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experienceWe have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs.- Preferred qualifications- 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience
