Roles and Responsibilities • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in the store, engaging with customers, and handling their queries. • Assist customers with selecting frames, lenses, and other products based on their preferences and prescriptions. Desired Candidate Profile • 1-6 years of experience in optical technician field (Optical preferred). • Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, fitting techniques for eyeglasses and contact lenses. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills.
