• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment, T&L, Workforce Management • Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM • Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition • Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L, Workforce Management • Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV • Own Response to RFP, RFI • SME on HCM modules • Own, Prepare and Deliver Product Demos, POCs and Solution presentations independently • Support GTM initiatives • Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team • Willing to Travel on short term – essential • Good communication skills Experience: 16+ year sWork location: Chennai/Mumbai/Pun e
