**Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Enterprise Architect** to partner with the CTO in driving enterprise-wide digital transformation and technology strategy. The role will lead ERP modernization, application rationalization, architecture governance, cloud adoption, and business process standardization across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and corporate functions. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and maintain enterprise architecture strategy and target-state architecture. - Lead ERP transformation and modernization initiatives, with a focus on Oracle ERP platforms. - Assess and rationalize the application portfolio to reduce complexity and improve efficiency. - Establish architecture governance, standards, and review processes. - Drive integration, data, and cloud architecture strategies. - Align business processes, technology investments, and operating models with organizational goals. - Partner with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to deliver transformation programs. - Provide strategic technology guidance to the CTO and executive leadership team. **Required Qualifications** - 12+ years of experience in enterprise applications, architecture, and transformation programs. - 5+ years in an Enterprise Architect, ERP Architect, or similar strategic architecture role. - Strong experience with Oracle technologies including: - Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP - Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) - Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) - Experience in manufacturing environments and business processes. - Proven track record in ERP transformation, application rationalization, and governance. - Expertise in cloud architecture, SaaS platforms, integrations, data management, and enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF preferred). - Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred** - Experience with MES, PLM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing Operations systems. - TOGAF or equivalent Enterprise Architecture certification. - Experience supporting CTO/CIO-led transformation initiatives.
