Hiring Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle Recruiting Cloud - ORC) **Experience:** 2–3 Years **Location:** Chennai / Bangalore **Employment Type:** Contract Hire (12 Months) We are looking for an **Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant** with hands-on experience in **Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)**. Candidates should have experience supporting, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM recruitment processes. Mandatory Skills - 2–3 years of experience in **Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting**. - Strong hands-on experience in **Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)**. - Experience in Candidate Selection Process (CSP), Job Requisitions, Job Application Flows, Approval Workflows, and the complete Recruitment Lifecycle. - Working knowledge of **Oracle Fusion Core HR**. - Experience with **OTBI** and **BI Publisher** reporting. - Exposure to **HDL/Data Migration**, Oracle quarterly release testing, and production support. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have - Experience in **Core HR, Onboarding, Talent Management, or Absence Management**. - Exposure to Oracle HCM implementation, enhancement, or support projects. - Knowledge of BPM Workflows and Oracle HCM Security.
