Hiring Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle Recruiting Cloud - ORC) Experience: 2–3 Years Location: Chennai / Bangalore Employment Type: Contract Hire (12 Months) We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). Candidates should have experience supporting, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion HCM recruitment processes. Mandatory Skills • 2–3 years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting. • Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). • Experience in Candidate Selection Process (CSP), Job Requisitions, Job Application Flows, Approval Workflows, and the complete Recruitment Lifecycle. • Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Core HR. • Experience with OTBI and BI Publisher reporting. • Exposure to HDL/Data Migration, Oracle quarterly release testing, and production support. • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have • Experience in Core HR, Onboarding, Talent Management, or Absence Management. • Exposure to Oracle HCM implementation, enhancement, or support projects. • Knowledge of BPM Workflows and Oracle HCM Security. Important Note This is a PURE Oracle Fusion HCM Functional role.
