Skill: Oracle HCM cloud Payroll Techno-functional Exp: 10+years Location: Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai Must Have\\\\ • Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll implementations and support engagements. • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. • Configure and support Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Workforce Structures, and Security. • Design and develop complex Fast Formulas , Calculation Cards, Payroll Balances, and Payroll Flows. • Lead payroll processing, reconciliation, statutory compliance, and post-payroll activities. • Develop and support HDL/HSDL conversions and mass data migrations. • Design reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts . • Build and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP Services, and File-Based Integrations . • Perform solution architecture reviews and provide best-practice recommendations. • Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities. • Mentor junior consultants and oversee offshore/onshore delivery teams. • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT stakeholders globally
