Were Hiring | Oracle HCM Functional Specialist We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Functional professional to join our team in a full-time role within HR Shared Services / HR Technology. Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time Function: HR Shared Services / HR Technology Role Overview The role will be responsible for managing, supporting, optimizing and enhancing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications across the employee lifecycle. The position will work closely with HR, Payroll, IT, ERP teams, implementation partners and business stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations and continuous system improvements.
