Job Description • Configurations of Job Requisition Templates, Geography Hierarchies, Candidate Selection Process (CSP) and CSP reasons, Job Application Flows, Career Site (Candidate Experience) • Configurations of Recruiting Content Library such as Job Offer Templates, Disqualification questionnaire, Job specific questionnaire and Interview questionnaire, Involved in Requisition and Offer Approval Rules • Experience in Career site configurations and Integrations with 3rd party applications • Redwood UI transformation experience with hands on VB Studio • Contextualize Journeys • Guided Journeys • Display properties for UI Changes • Configurations of On-Boarding Check lists for Pre-Hire, New Hire • Troubleshoot and optimize Redwood UX components and workflows. • Provide end-user training, documentation, and post-implementation support. • Participate in quarterly upgrade cycles and change control meetings. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
