We're hiring for LTIMINDTREE for the role Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) for more quires kindly reach out - mail23@dayspring-consultants.com NOTE: Kindly apply who are relevant to this very critical requirement, Thanks for understanding ROLE: Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) EXP: 5 to 8 Years Location: Bangalore Notice: Immediate to 15 Days JD for your reference Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Cloud / OTM On-Premises (5-7 years) • OTM On-Premises Upgrade projects and application support • Order Management and Shipment Management • Carrier Management & Rate Management • OTM Configuration (Agents, Workflows, Automation) • OTM Integrations ( Integration Cloud, middleware) Bulk Planning Process , Access Management. · Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) applications. · Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve OTM production incidents and service requests. · Support Order Management, Shipment Management, Carrier Management, and Rate Management processes. · Monitor and support Bulk Planning jobs and transportation execution activities. · Configure and maintain OTM Agents, Workflows, Automation Agents, and business rules. · Manage user provisioning, access requests, roles, and security configurations. · Support OTM integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP, and external systems. · Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues. · Support testing activities for enhancements, patches, and system upgrades. · Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. · Ensure SLA compliance and provide timely updates on incidents and change requests Skills Mandatory Skills : Oracle EBS - OTM/GTM
