**?Job description:** **Financial Planning Analytics (FPA)** - Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and periodic financial reviews for Emerging Markets. - Analyze financial performance, variances, and key business drivers. - Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations with actionable insights. - Partner with business and regional finance teams to support strategic initiatives and cost optimization. **Consolidation Reporting Support** - Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close and consolidation activities. - Support intercompany reconciliations, eliminations, and variance analysis. - Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial data from Emerging Market entities. - Coordinate with corporate consolidation teams to address reporting issues and timelines. **Stakeholder Management** - Act as a finance partner to regional finance teams in Emerging Markets. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Audit, Tax, Treasury, and Corporate Finance. - Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting requests. **Qualifications Experience** - Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification. - 4?8 years of experience in FPA, internal controls, consolidation, or financial reporting. - Exposure to Emerging Markets or multi-entity environments preferred. - Strong understanding of accounting standards, internal controls, and financial processes.
