This role requires managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The individual sets and maintains platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while balancing business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring the platform evolves effectively to meet changing demands. Roles & Responsibilities: • Expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience. • Should have influencing and advisory skills. • Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. • Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. • Lead the coordination of cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of integration and deployment activities. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system integration processes and platform reliability. • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in System Integration Delivery Management. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and release management processes. • Experience with cloud-based platforms and SaaS architecture principles. • Ability to design and implement integration strategies that align with business objectives. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
