**Educational qualifications** Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). **Work experience** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Analyst/Executive with a minimum of 48 months experience to join our Identity Management team, who has proven experience with Radiant Logic. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing and optimizing identity and access management solutions, ensuring the security and efficiency of our organizational identity infrastructure **The ideal candidate will perform:** Identity Data Management & Integration Design and implement RadiantOne solutions for identity data integration and federation. Configure directory synchronization, virtualization, and identity data services across heterogeneous identity sources (AD, LDAP, HR systems, databases, cloud directories). Enable dynamic identity views for downstream IAM, PAM, and application consumers. Platform Implementation & Operations Install, configure, and maintain RadiantOne Virtual Directory and Identity Data Platform. Support LDAP v3, DSML, REST, SCIM, and API-based integrations. Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis for identity data-related issues.SSO API Management IAM & Security Integration Integrate Radiant Logic with IAM platforms (Saviynt, SailPoint, Ping, ForgeRock, Azure AD, Okta, etc.). Support authentication, authorization, and entitlement data flows. Ensure compliance with security, audit, and data governance standards. **Mandatory Certification Required:** No Mandatory Certification Required **Technical Skills Required:** Hands-on experience with Radiant Logic / RadiantOne platform Strong understanding of LDAP, Active Directory, and directory services Experience with identity data integration, federation, and virtualization Working knowledge of IAM concepts (identity lifecycle, access provisioning, authentication/authorization) Protocols: LDAP, REST, SCIM, SOAP Platforms: Windows/Linux, basic shell scripting Databases: SQL (basic) Cloud & Hybrid Identity exposure (Azure AD / Entra ID preferred) **Behavioral / team skills** Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills Ready to work in Shifts (on 3 shift rotation pattern) Flexibility to adapt to a variety of engagement types, working hours and work environments and locations Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to learn and contribute Focused and self-motivated approach to work Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations Disclaimer: This job posting has been aggregated from external source.
