Securing the Partner Pipeline Visibility into future revenue is everything. By managing the Deal Registration process, Partner Ops ensures every partner gets accurate recognition (and credit!) for the opportunities they bring to the table. No friction, just clean data and a reliable sales pipeline. 3. Strategic MDF Management Market Development Funds (MDF) shouldn't just be handed out; they need to be invested wisely. From reviewing partner marketing proposals (like webinars or targeted campaigns) to ensure brand alignment, to strategically allocating budgets, this role balances strict financial tracking with growth strategy.
