Job description

**Role & responsibilities** **1. Pre-Sales & Solution Consulting (Core Role)** - Support Sales/RM teams in **client meetings, pitches, and RFPs** - Understand merchant/client requirements and propose **tailored payment solutions** - Explain and position offerings such as: - **UPI-based solutions** - QR Code Sponsorship (Static / Dynamic QR) - UPI VPA creation & management - UPI Collect (intent & pull-based flows) - **Account-based payments** - IMPS, NEFT, RTGS - Customer acquiring solutions (QR, POS, Soundbox, APIs) Act as the **bridge between business need and technical solution** **2. Payments Domain Expertise & Advisory** - Provide deep expertise on: - UPI ecosystem (PSP, TPAP, VPA flows, settlement cycles) - QR usage models (P2M vs P2P restrictions) - Transaction limits, settlement timelines, reconciliation flows - Guide clients on: - Best practices for QR deployment - Use cases for UPI Collect vs Push payments - Choosing appropriate payment rails (UPI vs IMPS vs NEFT) **3. Payment Solution Structuring for corporates** - Design **end-to-end payment solutions** for: - MSMEs - Corporate clients / platforms - Recommend: - Appropriate onboarding structure - Payment flow architecture - Integration approach (API / hosted / QR-based) **4. Compliance, Risk & Regulatory Alignment** - Ensure solutions adhere to: - NPCI guidelines (UPI usage, limits, flows) - RBI regulations on payments & merchant acquiring - Educate Sales & clients on: - Dos & Donts of QR usage - Proper merchant categorization (MCC implications) - Fraud prevention & misuse scenarios **5. Internal Coordination & Implementation Support** - Work closely with: - Product teams (for solution design) - Technology teams (for integration feasibility) - Operations (for onboarding & servicing) - Support **solution finalization to go-live journey** **6. Sales Enablement & Training** - Conduct training sessions for: - Sales teams / RMs - Channel partners - Develop: - Product pitch decks - Solution playbooks - FAQs for payment products
