Job Title: Pega Customer Decision Hub (CHD) Developer Department: IT Work Mode Hybrid Exp Level: 4- 8 years We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pega CDH Developer with 4–8 years of experience in software development and exposure to Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH) solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of next-best-action strategies, low-code/no-code development practices, and a solid grasp of DevOps methodologies. **Key Accountabilies & Responsibilies**  Design, develop, and implement Pega CDH solutions to support customer engagement and personalized decisioning strategies.  Integrate Pega CDH with upstream and downstream systems using APIs and data flows.  Collaborate with business analysts and senior developers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.  Participate in DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD, and deployment activities.  Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues in Pega applications.  Maintain documentation and contribute to quality assurance and testing efforts.  Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
