Job Title: Pega Tech Lead Skills: Pega CSSA, Constellation Experience: 5-13 years Location: Hyderabad Notice Period : Immediate We at Coforge are Hiring for Pega Developers and Tech Leads with the following skillset Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) with expertise in Pega Infinity and Constellation Architecture to design, develop, and implement enterprise-scale business process management solutions. The candidate will play a key role in solution design, technical leadership, and delivery of Pega applications while ensuring adherence to Pega best practices and architectural standards. Responsibilities: • Develop application designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards and business objectives. • Participate in solution design workshops and technical discussions with business and project stakeholders • Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Pega solutions. • Create and review technical design documents, specifications, and solution approaches • Ensure solutions adhere to Pega guardrails, industry best practices, and Constellation design principles • Support architecture reviews and provide recommendations for technical improvements. Technical Skills: • Strong experience in Pega Infinity Platform . • Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation Architecture . • Case Management and Workflow Design. • Pega Data Pages and Data Modeling. • Business Rules and Decisioning. • Integrations using REST and SOAP services. • Security and Access Management. • Correspondence and Document Generation. • Reporting and Dashboards. • Debugging and Performance Optimization. Required Skills: • 6-8 years of overall IT experience. • 4+ years of hands-on Pega development experience. • Experience delivering enterprise-scale Pega implementations. • Experience working in Agile project environments. • Strong understanding of application architecture and software design principles. • Proven experience leading technical workstreams and guiding development teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 6-9 years of experience in Pega development, with a focus on UI Development and Smart Investigate Model. • Relevant Pega certifications are a plus.
