**Job title: Pega LSA Architect** **Exp-12 to 16 yrs** **Location-Pune,mumbai,bangalore,hyderabad,kolkata,noida,Chennai** **Mandatory Certification - LSA Part1 and Part 2** Job Description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced **Associate Principal – Pega LSA** to lead the design and implementation of complex Pega-based solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving architecture excellence within the Pega Architecture domain while ensuring alignment with business objectives. Job Description - Strong experience in Pega development with relevant certifications, preferably LSA. - Hands-on expertise in Pega Constellation UI and DX APIs. - Good understanding of the latest Pega features (Version 8.x and Infinity 23). - Proven experience in building Pega applications adhering to Pega Guardrails, Infinity guidelines, and recommended design patterns. - Foundational understanding of data storage concepts and database interactions within Pega. - Solid exposure to system integrations, including REST and SOAP APIs. - Strong practical experience with key Pega components such as: - Data Pages - Data Flows - Flows - Flow Actions - Views - Activities - SLAs - Connectors - Service Rules - Good hands-on experience in Case Management and User Interface development. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design and architecture of scalable and high-performing Pega applications aligned with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for Pega platform implementations and enhancements. - Analyze existing solutions and recommend improvements to enhance performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Ensure adherence to industry best practices, architectural standards, and governance frameworks. - Mentor and guide development teams on Pega architecture principles and best practices. - Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging Pega features and innovations to drive solution improvements. Roles and Responsibilities - Act as the primary architect for Pega initiatives, overseeing end-to-end solution design and delivery. - Conduct technical discussions, workshops, and stakeholder engagements to align on requirements. - Define and enforce architecture frameworks and governance models for Pega implementations. - Review and approve technical designs, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards. - Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Identify and proactively manage architecture- and technology-related risks. - Drive innovation by evaluating new tools, techniques, and methodologies within the Pega ecosystem. - Provide mentorship and capability building for junior architects and developers. - Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and ensure proper documentation of architectural decisions and best practices
