**Required qualifications** - Experience with performance monitoring of solar assets, including KPI tracking and analysis Proficiency in SCADA systems and data analysis for asset performance optimization - 1-3 years of experience in performance monitoring engineering - **B.Tech / B.E. - Electrical or EEC is must** - **Experience in Solar Asset - Performance Monitoring is must** - Performance Analysis and Performance Monitoring for Solar - Experience with predictive maintenance and asset performance management - Knowledge of solar energy systems and renewable energy technologies - Familiarity with data visualization tools for monitoring and reporting - DIVERSITY HIRING Nice-to-have qualifications **Role KPI :-** 1.
