Job description

**CPP Operations** Ensure uninterrupted and quality power supply to the cement plant. Carry out safe startup and shutdown of the plant with proper planning. Monitor equipment performance through regular inspections. Assist in shutdown planning and execution. Ensure availability of standby equipment. Maintain operational log sheets and support daily plant operations. **Plant Reliability & Availability** Minimize forced outages through continuous monitoring and preventive actions. Conduct routine site visits, identify abnormalities, and coordinate corrective measures with maintenance teams. **Thermal Power Project - Erection & Commissioning** Supervise erection and commissioning activities of Boiler, Auxiliaries, Weigh Bridge, and Water Treatment Plant. Ensure proper execution and integration with civil and mechanical systems. Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to timelines. **Project Execution & Coordination** Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution and optimization of systems. Conduct site surveys, track daily activities, and submit progress reports to management. **Safety & Compliance** Ensure all operational and project activities are carried out in compliance with safety standards, operating procedures, and statutory requirements.
