**About the Role:** We are looking for an experienced **Senior Piping & Arrangement Engineer** to support global **Power Plant Engineering** and **Industrial Plant Design** projects. The role involves **3D plant design, plant layout engineering, equipment arrangement, piping design, and engineering deliverables development** using industry-standard tools such as **AVEVA E3D, PDMS, AutoCAD, and Navisworks**. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in **plant engineering, piping layout, pipe routing, equipment layout, and multidisciplinary coordination** from basic engineering through detailed design and site support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop overall **site layouts, mechanical layouts, and underground utility network plans**. - Perform **3D Power Plant Design** and equipment arrangement using **AVEVA E3D/PDMS**. - Create and maintain detailed 3D models for plant equipment, piping systems, and plant modules. - Execute **pipe routing** for water, steam, air, gas, and utility systems. - Perform **clash detection and model reviews** with civil, structural, and multidisciplinary teams. - Define arrangement concepts related to: - Equipment handling - Lifting studies - Access and maintenance - Walkways and platforms - Laydown planning - Design modular and prefabricated plant assemblies including equipment positioning and piping layouts. - Generate engineering deliverables such as: - General Arrangement Drawings - Piping Layout Drawings - Isometric Drawings - Pipe Support Drawings - Material Take-Offs (MTO) - Bills of Material (BOM) - Develop piping weld definitions and spooling concepts. - Prepare hydrotest and pressure test mark-ups. - Review and resolve technical queries related to piping and isometric drawings. - Support project execution, site installation, commissioning, and customer interactions **Required Technical Skills:** - Strong experience in **Piping Design** and **Arrangement Engineering**. - Expertise in **Plant Layout Engineering** and **Power Plant Design**. - Hands-on experience in: - AVEVA E3D - PDMS - AutoCAD - Navisworks - Experience with: - Equipment Layout - Pipe Routing - Isometric Generation - Pipe Support Design - Piping Specifications - Valve & Fittings Selection - P&ID Interpretation - Pressure Testing & Hydrotesting - Knowledge of: - Steam, Water, Air, Gas, and Utility Piping Systems - Heat Tracing - Gaskets - Piping Insulation - Supports & Hangers - Piping Prefabrication - Spooling Activities - Familiarity with international standards, engineering codes, and customer specifications. **Industry Experience:** - 510 years of experience in: - Power Plants - Thermal Power Projects - Energy Sector Projects - Industrial Plant Engineering - EPC Engineering Projects **Preferred Skills:** - Experience in **Pipe Stress Analysis**. - Working knowledge of: - CAESAR II - ROHR2 - LICAD - PSHES / ESHES - Exposure to modular plant and prefabricated unit design. - Experience in site support, commissioning, and customer interaction. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to coordinate effectively with civil, structural, process, and mechanical engineering teams. **Ideal Candidate Profile:** - Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in **Piping Engineering, Plant Layout, and Power Plant Design**. - Proficient in **AVEVA E3D/PDMS** and experienced in large-scale industrial or energy projects. - Strong understanding of **3D Plant Design, Equipment Arrangement, Pipe Routing, Isometrics, MTO/BOM Generation, and Clash Resolution**. - Capable of handling projects from concept engineering through detailed design and site execution.
