Job description

Mandatory Skills & Experience • 5–8 years of experience in PMO / Project Coordination roles • Strong experience in IT transitions / managed services / infrastructure programs • Excellent knowledge of: o RAID management o RAG status reporting o Governance frameworks • Advanced proficiency in: o MS Excel (tracking, dashboards) o PowerPoint (leadership decks) • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Preferred Skills • Experience in healthcare or regulated environments (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with ServiceNow / ITSM processes • Experience working in global delivery teams \\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_\\_ Behavioural Competencies • High attention to detail and governance mindset • Proactive follow-up and ownership • Ability to work under tight timelines • Strong documentation and presentation skills
