Job description

Role & responsibilities • The role requires to process, implement and develop risk strategies for personal loan business • Operate and maintain an effective risk management system by creating a robust risk framework which includes risk identification, assessment, mitigation, tracking and reporting • Management of portfolio risk to maintain the overall losses in the business • Monitor portfolio delinquencies at micro level, identification of segments, locations, channels, profiles and proposing policies/ strategies to enable business and control risk • Evaluate product/programs/policies in line with regulatory guidelines and build strong risk controls across all spectrums (Onboarding, Credit, Operations, Fraud, Reputation, etc.) • Assessment of scorecards and formulation of policies/ strategies basis scorecard • Implementation of technological interventions like scorecard, digital journey and automations • Using analytics to track various risk KPIs against the defined risk appetites • Recommend improvement to processes and policies to drive operational efficiencies
