Job Title: Power BI Developer Location: Gurugram/Hyderabad Work Mode: (Hybrid) Shift Timing: 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM Experience: 7+ Years About the Role We are looking for an experienced Power BI professional who can independently handle end-to-end BI development — from data modelling to performance optimization to embedding analytics into enterprise applications. The role requires strong technical depth along with the ability to work on large-scale, enterprise-grade Power BI implementations. Must Have Technical Skills • Strong hands‐on experience with Power BI data modeling • Proven expertise in performance tuning and optimization in Power BI • Strong hands-on experience with different data connectivity modes. • Familiarity with version control and automated release processes • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployments • Solid understanding of Row‐Level Security (RLS) concepts and implementations • Hands‐on experience with Incremental Refresh • Strong knowledge of Power Query (M scripting) • Experience with enterprise project integration involving Power BI Nice to Have • Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse) • Hands‐on experience with Power BI Embedded APIs • Strong understanding of Embedded Tokens and authentication concepts • Experience with Custom UI integration for embedded analytics • Experience working with Enhanced XMLA scripting • Exposure to large‐scale enterprise data environments
