**Job Title:** Power BI Developer **Location:** Gurugram/Hyderabad **Work Mode:** (Hybrid) **Shift Timing:** 02:00 PM – 10:30 PM **Experience:** 7+ Years **About the Role** We are looking for an experienced Power BI professional who can independently handle end-to-end BI development — from data modelling to performance optimization to embedding analytics into enterprise applications. The role requires strong technical depth along with the ability to work on large-scale, enterprise-grade Power BI implementations. **Must Have Technical Skills** - Strong hands‐on experience with Power BI data modeling - Proven expertise in performance tuning and optimization in Power BI - Strong hands-on experience with different data connectivity modes. - Familiarity with version control and automated release processes - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for Power BI deployments - Solid understanding of Row‐Level Security (RLS) concepts and implementations - Hands‐on experience with Incremental Refresh - Strong knowledge of Power Query (M scripting) - Experience with enterprise project integration involving Power BI **Nice to Have** - Experience with Azure services (Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse) - Hands‐on experience with Power BI Embedded APIs - Strong understanding of Embedded Tokens and authentication concepts - Experience with Custom UI integration for embedded analytics - Experience working with Enhanced XMLA scripting - Exposure to large‐scale enterprise data environments
