Join the MyBiz Corporate Team and play a key role in supporting enterprise clients with their corporate travel requirements. Key Responsibilities ✅ Provide end-to-end pre-booking support to corporate clients via Chat, Email, Phone, CRM, and Virtual Meetings. ✅ Resolve booking-related queries across Flights, Hotels, Rail, Bus, and other travel services. ✅ Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product features and travel solutions. ✅ Coordinate with Product, Technology, Supply, Operations, and Account Management teams for timely issue resolution. ✅ Conduct product walkthroughs and awareness sessions for clients whenever required. ✅ Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the booking journey.
