Title: Financial Consultant Location: Bangalore Shift: General Shift Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Finance with 3-5 years of Post qualification experience to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have worked closely with the deal solutioning team and worked on various pricing models. preparation of industry specific and company specific KPI. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: • Work on Pricing Models. Should have hands-on experience in preparing and reviewing pricing models, structure deals, perform P&L simulations, and conduct financial benchmarking. • Work with cross functional teams and Decision Support: Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, leveraging strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Compliance: Have good knowledge of Ind-AS/IFRS standards, and local GAAP, to ensure that the deal pricing is done in compliance with the accounting practices and comply with both internal and external requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to finalize a winnable solution. Advise on pricing models, rate cards, and pricing concepts to a diverse stakeholder. • Track key KPIs. Through competitive analysis. financial reports and interpret financial information for continuous performance tracking and recommending further actions. • Contribute to contract negotiations in terms of billing, AR, penalties, and other finance matters and also increase profitability. • Automate cost estimation and resourcing models. • Financial Reporting: Oversee and manage the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Analyze financial statements to provide insights into financial performance. Qualifications and Experience: Internal • Chartered Accountant with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Pricing the deals • Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L preparation. • Strong working knowledge of Ind-AS/IFRS, and local GAAP Preferred Skills: • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools including pricing models on Excel. Like advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau, use of Chat GPT, Gemini. • Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP. • Superior understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles, as well as industry-specific financial practices and regulations. • Proficiency in MS office, Power BI and strong knowledge of pricing/accounting concepts. • Strong organizational and communication skills. • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment under tight deadlines including prioritization. • Ability to work in a diverse team and good communication skills
