Key Responsibilities: • Key Skills Required • High Impact Communication Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills for engaging with stakeholders clients and internal teams • Consultative Approach Ability to work directly with clients to understand their needs provide expert consultation and design customized compliance solutions • Project Management Strong project management skills with experience in overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from scoping and planning to execution and deployment • Risk Management Expertise in risk identification and mitigation strategies related to regulatory compliance • Technology Integration Familiarity with software solutions platforms and tools • What We Are Looking For • Education Bachelor s degree in relevant field • A master s degree in management is a plus • Experience 12 years of experience in quality control quality assurance process excellence and related field • Certifications • o Mandatory Lean Six Sigma Certification • o Desirable Industry certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor PMP • Technical Knowledge Familiarity with RPA automation platforms ERP systems AI ML technologies process modeling tools • Domain Knowledge In depth Domain Knowledge in at least one industry domain • Work Location Cities • This position will be based at Bangalore Pune Preferred Skills: BPM->Leadership - JL6A
