## **At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.** **What We’re Looking For:** - Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise Linux environments across large-scale customer deployments. - Expertise in Linux, AWS Cloud, LDAP, SSSD, PAM, Slurm, LSF, HPC, Root Cause Analysis, Customer Support, Infrastructure Management, Performance Tuning, Identity Management, Monitoring & Observability. - Ability to Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve critical production incidents. - Experience producing work breakdown structures and migration plans that minimize service disruption. - Strong analytical and diagnostic skills for resolving highly complex network/compute issues. - Hands-on experience building lab simulations to test architecture designs and troubleshoot compatibility issues. - Experience in driving cloud infrastructure initiatives, including deployment, migration, and operational best practices. - Experience with incident management, problem management, and continuous service improvement activities. - Exceptional verbal, written, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills. - Abitlity to document technical solutions, troubleshooting procedures, and best practices for internal and customer use. - Demonstrated leadership, creativity, and proactive problem-solving mindset. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - 3-5+ years of progressive network engineering and architecture experience in enterprise environments. **Qualifications** - BE/BTech/ME/MS/MTech in Electrical/Electronics **Behavioural skills required** - Must possess strong written, verbal and presentation skills - Ability to establish a close working relationship with both customer peers and management - Explore what’s possible to get the job done, including creative use of unconventional solutions - Work effectively across functions and geographies - Push to raise the bar while always operating with integrity ## **We’re doing work that matters.
