Omega is Hiring: Payment Integrity Process Coach Experience: 4+ Years Shift: Night Shift Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Certification: Any Healthcare Coding Certification Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Payment Integrity Process Coach with strong expertise in US Healthcare Payer operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent domain knowledge, coaching skills, and the ability to mentor teams while ensuring quality and process compliance. Key Responsibilities: • Train and coach associates on Payment Integrity workflows and client guidelines. • Conduct refresher sessions based on quality findings and process gaps. • Mentor team members on Payment Integrity concepts and best practices. • Review quality trends and support continuous process improvement. • Ensure adherence to payer guidelines, audit standards, and compliance requirements. • Support onboarding and transition training for new hires. Preferred Domain Skills: • Payment Integrity • Revenue Integrity • Denial Prevention • Front-End Edit Analysis • Cerner RevCycle • Post-Payment Audit • FWA Claims Validation (Fraud, Waste & Abuse) • Claims Validation • Claims Review • Medical Coding • Healthcare Claims • Payer Operations Eligibility: • 4+ years of relevant Payment Integrity/Revenue Integrity experience. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Experience in training, coaching, mentoring, or floor support is preferred. • Any Healthcare Coding Certification is acceptable.
