The role will focus on driving enterprise-wide process reimagination initiatives across operations, technology, and service functions through process optimization, intelligent automation, data-led transformation, and emerging AI capabilities. - Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across IB and CB operations and enterprise functions. - Conduct current-state assessments, process diagnostics, and value stream analysis to identify inefficiencies, control gaps, and optimization opportunities. - Drive process reengineering and target operating model (TOM) design initiatives focused on standardization, automation, scalability, and client experience enhancement. - Develop strategic transformation roadmaps with measurable business outcomes and implementation plans. - Lead workshops with business, operations, product, and technology stakeholders to define future-state solutions. **Process Discovery & Operational Excellence** - Utilize Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify waste, streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency. - Perform process discovery and process mining activities to uncover operational pain points and process variances. - Drive data-backed decision making through KPI analysis, productivity insights, and operational metrics. - Support business case creation including benefits realization, cost optimization, and ROI analysis. **Digital & Intelligent Automation** - Identify opportunities for workflow digitization, intelligent automation, and AI-led transformation. - Partner with technology and engineering teams to define scalable automation and workflow orchestration solutions. - Contribute toward adoption of Agentic AI capabilities, AI-assisted operations, and next-generation intelligent workflow models. - Evaluate opportunities for integrating AI/ML, NLP, GenAI, and digital copilots into operational processes. **Business Analysis & Solution Design** - Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, process maps, solution requirements, and functional specifications. - Translate business requirements into actionable transformation and technology solutions. - Support UAT planning, implementation tracking, and change management activities. **Stakeholder & Program Management** - Manage senior stakeholder engagements across Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, and Transformation teams. - Present transformation findings, strategic recommendations, and executive-level updates to leadership forums. - Drive cross-functional collaboration across global and regional teams. - Ensure governance, milestone tracking, and risk/dependency management across transformation pr **Your Skills And Experience** - 0– 3 years of experience in Banking Operations, Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Process Excellence roles. - Strong experience in process reengineering, transformation delivery, and operating model redesign. - Hands-on experience in Lean Six Sigma / Operational Excellence methodologies. - Expertise in process discovery, process mapping, and value stream analysis. - Strong business analysis skills including BRD preparation and requirement gathering. - Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication capabilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to structure complex transformation problems. **Preferred / Good To Have** - Exposure to Agentic AI, Generative AI, intelligent workflow solutions, or AI-assisted operational transformation. - Experience with automation tools, workflow platforms, or process mining tools. - Understanding of banking products and operations including payments, reconciliations, billing, audit confirmations, trade operations, or client servicing. - Technical understanding of APIs, workflow orchestration, automation architecture, or low-code platforms. - Development or scripting knowledge (Python, SQL, VBA, Power Platform, etc.) will be an added advantage. - Experience working in global delivery or large-scale enterprise transformation programs. **Preferred Qualifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related discipline. - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt certification preferred. -
