About the role As a [Procurement (Logistics, Supplychain & Customs Clearance) -Executive], you will drive impactful contributions and focus on outcomes. You will be a key member of the(Procurement Logistics) team, collaborating with [manager, primary team, or other stakeholders and teams]. [A Logistics and Compliance professional with expertise in SEZ, STPI, Customs, Import/Export Operations, Asset Management, Regulatory Compliance, Facility Closure Projects, De-bonding, E-waste Disposal, and Government Liaison. Experienced in managing end-to-end logistics processes, ensuring statutory compliance, driving operational efficiency, and supporting large-scale business transformation and facility transition initiatives across multiple locations. In this role, you will: • Manage customs clearance activities for imports, exports, and domestic procurements across SEZ and STPI units. • Handle SEZ/STPI compliance processes, including documentation, filings, approvals, and liaison with government authorities. • Coordinate Inter Unit Transfers (IUT), asset movements, de-bonding, and duty payment activities. • Manage asset tracking, bond register maintenance, inventory reconciliation, and audit support. • Facilitate invoice endorsement processes and statutory approvals to ensure compliance and tax benefits for SEZ operations. • Support facility setup, expansion, consolidation, and closure projects, including regulatory approvals and asset disposal activities. • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as IT, Procurement, Finance, Facilities, and external vendors, customs brokers, and regulatory authorities. • Ensure compliance with SEZ, STPI, Customs, DGFT, and other statutory regulations while mitigating operational and financial risks. What you must have to be considered • Bachelor's any degree like Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. • 7-8+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs, SEZ/STPI Compliance, or Trade Compliance. • Strong knowledge of SEZ, STPI, Customs, DGFT, and Import/Export regulations. • Experience handling customs clearance, BOE processing, asset de-bonding, and inter-unit transfers (IUT). • Knowledge of asset lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, and compliance documentation. • Experience coordinating with government authorities, customs brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Strong understanding of GST, invoice endorsement processes, and statutory compliance requirements. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting, data analysis, and compliance tracking tools. • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects, facility closures, asset disposals, and compliance-driven initiatives simultaneously These will help you succeed To succeed in this role, candidates should possess strong expertise in SEZ/STPI compliance, customs operations, logistics management, asset governance, stakeholder coordination, and regulatory documentation, along with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Work model – Work From office only This role requires regular presence at the office on daily basis to effectively coordinate with internal stakeholders, government authorities, vendors, customs brokers, and cross-functional teams. The position involves handling sensitive compliance documentation, logistics operations, asset management activities, and time-bound regulatory processes that require close collaboration and on-site engagement. Location: Hyderabad and Vizag / As per business requirements Work Arrangement: 100% Work from Office (WFO)
