Job Title: Production Support Engineer (Unix/Linux & SQL) Experience Required - 3 to 6 Years Work Location - Mumbai Role Overview We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with strong experience in Unix/Linux and SQL environments. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining critical production applications to ensure business continuity and system availability. Key Responsibilities • Provide L1/L2 Production Support for business-critical applications. • Monitor application health, system performance, and batch processes. • Analyze and troubleshoot incidents, outages, and performance issues. • Perform root cause analysis and coordinate with development teams for issue resolution. • Execute SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and support activities. • Work on Unix/Linux servers for log analysis, job monitoring, and operational support. • Manage incident, problem, and change management activities as per SLAs. • Prepare support documentation and maintain operational runbooks. • Participate in release support, deployment activities, and application monitoring. Required Skills • Strong hands-on experience in Unix/Linux commands and shell environment. • Good knowledge of SQL for querying and data analysis. • Experience in Production/Application Support environment. • Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management processes. • Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues. • Good communication and stakeholder management skills. Additional details • Candidate should be comfortable working in 24x7 rotational shifts, including night shifts. • Work From Office (WFO) is mandatory
