**Product Delivery Manager - Underwriting** **About the Role:** We are looking for a technical delivery manager who can work in close collaboration with our Data Science team to drive day-to-day requirements with respect to our underwriting BREs. You will act as a bridge between tech and data science teams for delivery of enhancements/changes in developed features - this will drive around 70% of your workload. Further, you will act as a bridge between product and data science teams for building new features, which shall comprise the rest of your workstream. Functionally, you will be part of the data science team and report to a functional head therein. You will also have an associated Product SPoC with whom you will be building any new product features. **Your key responsibilities will be as below: -** - Understanding and simplifying the changes required in underwriting BRE and frame the requirements for the tech team - Coordinating with the tech team for delivery and ensuring that the priority of the requirements is maintained & communicated. - Pass requirements for new features to the Product SPoC and help in framing the requirement document. **Skills & Qualifications:** - 45 years of experience in product delivery roles, technical account management or such relevant experience - Functional knowledge of underwriting BREs for lending - Prior experience of risk, underwriting related implementations. - Experience of working on ML models, low-code/no-code BRE workflow tools is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
