Job Requirements Role/ Job Title: Senior Product Manager-Current Account Function/ Department: Retail Liabilities Job Purpose: To lead the development, enhancement, and management of the Current Account product offerins, ensuring alignment with customer needs, regulatory requirements, and business goals. The role involves cross-functional collaboration to drive customer acquisition, and retention. Roles & Responsibilities: '1. Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify gaps and opportunities. • Design and develop new Current Account variants tailored to customer segments (e.g., SMEs, professionals, startups), their features, pricing etc. • Monitor key product performance metrics (book size, acquisition metrics, retention metrics) • Ensure all product features and processes comply with RBI and internal guidelines. • Sales Enablement & Training - Develop go-to-market strategies, sales toolkits, and marketing collaterals. Secondary Responsibilities: '1. Conduct product training for branches, relationship managers, and channel partners and support frontline teams with customer-specific solutions • Liaise with digital banking team to enabling all the product features on mobile/internet banking Qualifications: Graduate – Any Post Graduate – Any Years of Experience: 5+
