Job Requirements Credit Manager Area Credit Manager will be responsible for overseeing the credit assessment and underwriting process for loan applications related to property. Responsibilities: • Evaluate and analyze credit data and financial statements to determine the creditworthiness of loan applicants • Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements • Manage a team of credit analysts and underwriters to ensure efficient processing of loan applications • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth and achieve loan targets • Conduct regular portfolio reviews and risk assessments to maintain a healthy loan portfolio • Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to make informed credit decisions Skills: • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field • Proven experience in credit assessment and underwriting for loan against property • Strong knowledge of property valuation and legal aspects related to property loans • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively • Good understanding of regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements in the banking industry
