**Product Manager – Application Platform & AI** We're looking for an experienced **Product Manager** to lead our Application Platform and AI initiatives. In this role, you'll drive product-led growth (PLG), own platform-wide experiences, and shape the future of AI-powered workflows across our SaaS platform. What You'll Do - Own the roadmap for platform features including onboarding, user activation, adoption, and cross-module experiences. - Design and optimize PLG initiatives to improve customer activation, engagement, and expansion. - Lead the vision and roadmap for AI-powered capabilities such as conversational interfaces, AI agents, and natural language workflows. - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success, and Leadership to define, build, and launch impactful features. - Build business cases, define KPIs, analyze product data, and drive roadmap decisions based on customer insights and measurable outcomes. - Manage product backlogs, write PRDs, and lead Agile execution from discovery to delivery. **What We're Looking For** - 4–6 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or platform products. - Proven experience building Product-Led Growth (PLG) features and platform capabilities. - Hands-on experience delivering AI/LLM-powered products such as AI agents, copilots, or conversational experiences. - Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics to drive decisions. - Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and product analytics platforms. **Nice to Have** - Experience with enterprise SaaS or multi-tenant platforms. - Knowledge of LLM technologies, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI agent frameworks. - Familiarity with growth analytics tools such as Amplitude or similar.
