Qualifications Requirements: Education level: BE in Computer Science, MCA or B Sc in computer science domain. Experience : 0 to 2 years in technical job profiles. Specific skills : API testing, SSO configurations Job Overview: Analyze integration requirements from multiple clients and evaluate the feasibility of proposed integrations. Assess client integration needs and recommend appropriate technical solutions. Analyze and provide support for API and SSO-related support tickets. Share technical and integration-related information with clients and internal stakeholders. Test Greythr APIs and troubleshoot API endpoint-related issues. Evaluate the feasibility of attendance integrations using Greythr APIs. Maintain and update client feasibility reports and integration documentation. Perform SSO feasibility testing across different Identity Providers (IDPs). Troubleshoot and resolve SSO authentication and login-related issues. Ensure timely support, communication, and status updates throughout the integration lifecycle.
