**Role Purpose** The Loan Against Securities (LAS) Product & Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the overall LAS business, including product management, sales strategy, portfolio growth, process implementation, stakeholder management, and business profitability. The role will act as a bridge between Product, Risk, Operations, Technology, Sales, and Distribution teams to build and scale the LAS business across the organization. **Key Responsibilities** **Product Management** - Drive end-to-end management of the Loan Against Securities product. - Develop and implement product strategy, pricing, and business plans. - Continuously review product competitiveness and recommend enhancements. - Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Technology teams for product improvements. - Monitor portfolio performance, customer experience, and business profitability. - Prepare business cases for new features, partnerships, and process improvements. - Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance. **Business Development & Sales** - Drive LAS business acquisition through branch banking, wealth management, HNI, and liability channels. - Develop sales strategies to achieve disbursement and portfolio targets. - Build engagement programs for relationship managers, branch teams, and distribution channels. - Conduct product training and capability-building sessions for sales teams. - Identify and activate new sourcing channels and partnerships. - Track sales funnel, conversions, productivity, and portfolio growth metrics. - Work closely with regional and zonal teams to drive business momentum. **Portfolio & Risk Management** - Monitor portfolio quality, utilization, and customer behaviour. - Work with Risk teams on eligibility norms, margin requirements, and monitoring frameworks. - Review exception cases and recommend solutions within policy guidelines. - Ensure adherence to portfolio quality and delinquency targets. **Process & Operations** - Coordinate with Operations teams for smooth on boarding, disbursement, and servicing processes. - Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements. - Support automation and digitization initiatives for LAS. - Ensure SLA adherence and customer satisfaction. **Stakeholder Management** - Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product, Risk, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, and Distribution teams. - Manage relationships with depositories, brokers, mutual fund platforms, and external partners where applicable. - Present business updates, MIS, and portfolio reviews to senior management. **Key Deliverables** - LAS portfolio growth and profitability. - Achievement of disbursement and book-size targets. - Sales productivity across channels. - Portfolio quality and risk metrics. - Product enhancement and process improvement initiatives. - Customer acquisition and retention. **Desired Candidate Profile** **Education** - MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Finance, Banking, or equivalent. - Professional certifications in investments, wealth management, or lending will be an added advantage. **Experience** - 810 years of experience in Retail Assets, Wealth Management, Lending Products, Loan Against Securities, Margin Funding, or Investment Products. - Experience in both product management and business development/sales preferred. - Strong understanding of mutual funds, equity markets, securities, and lending products. **Skills Required** - Product Management - Retail Lending - Loan Against Securities - Wealth & Investment Products - Sales Management - Portfolio Management - Risk Assessment - Stakeholder Management - Data Analysis & MIS - Process Improvement - Project Management - Communication & Presentation Skills **Reporting To** Head – Third Party Products / Head of investment **Location** Corporate Office / Head Office – Bangalore
