Will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, new product ideas, ensuring regulatory compliance & prepare and monitor product performance. Additionally will be responsible for coordination with internal and external stakeholders to come out with product ideas which will meet investor needs and support the organizations business objectives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute the product strategy in line with the business goals - Identify trends, preferences and new opportunities for new product launches. - Structure and launch schemes across active and passive categories - Conduct product feasibility studies, market research and competitor benchmarking. - Prepare product presentations and notes for Senior Management and Board - Co-ordination with internal stakeholders like Investment, Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Operations etc on a regular basis and at the time of product launch. - Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI & internal guidelines - Liaise with external stakeholders for product related matters - Monitor product performance, prepare performance related reports and competitor positioning - Review existing products periodically and recommend enhancements, repositioning or related recommendations where appropriate - Support preparation of Scheme Information Document (SID), Key Information Memorandum (KIM), addenda and other regulatory documents. - Track regulatory developments and recommend changes to product offerings. **Who you are:** 4 - 8 years of experience in Mutual Fund, wealth management or financial services industry in products. **Key skills:** - Strong Knowledge of Indian Mutual Fund industry and financial markets - Knowledge of SEBI MF regulations and AMFI guidelines - Product development and lifecycle management - Financial and competitive analysis - Project management and stakeholder coordination - Excellent Analytical and presentation skills - Communication skills - Problem solving and strategic thinking abilities **Qualifications** - MBA (preferred) or CA or CFA or equivalent qualification - NISM Series V-A certification preferred **At Angel One, our thriving culture is rooted in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).** *As an Equal opportunity employer, we wholeheartedly welcome people from all backgrounds irrespective of caste, religion, gender, marital status, sexuality, disability, class or age to be part of our team.* *We believe that everyone's unique experiences and viewpoints make us stronger together.* *Come and be a part of #OneSpace\\*, where your individuality is celebrated and embraced.*
