Job Title: Product Owner - Mobile Platform Function: Digital Innovation & Technology Location: Powai, Mumbai • Role Own and continuously evolve the complete Mobile Application portfolio of Lauritz Knudsen — driving a unified, scalable, secure, and consistent mobile experience across customer, channel, internal, IoT, and commerce applications. The role is the single enterprise-level owner accountable for the strategy, governance, delivery, operations, and performance of every LK-EA mobile app on Android and iOS. • Organizational Context & Scope • Portfolio owned: SmartComm / IoT Device Apps, Loyalty App, E-Commerce App, Internal CRM App, DMS (Distributor/Dealer) App, EV Charging App, Website/Companion App, and future/new mobile applications. • Business impact: Mobile is the primary engagement channel for customers, channel partners, technicians, distributors, and IoT devices — directly influencing loyalty, commerce, channel productivity, and IoT outcomes. • Reach: Multi-vendor, multi-app, cross-platform (Android + iOS + hybrid) portfolio integrated with SFDC, SFMC, DMS, E-Com, Loyalty, IoT, EV, and backend/API layers. • Key Accountabilities • Enterprise Mobile Portfolio Ownership — Own strategy, roadmap, governance, and performance of the entire LK-EA mobile app portfolio; define a unified mobile platform vision, shared architecture, and reusable design system; prioritize investments aligned to business, customer, and channel objectives. • Product & Experience Governance — Own end-to-end lifecycle (discovery → design → build → release → hypercare → AMC); ensure consistent UX, navigation, branding, and interaction standards; drive personalization, engagement, retention, and conversion. • Cross-App Platform Standardization — Establish common mobile framework, shared components, SDKs, API contracts; enable faster onboarding of new apps through reusable, product-agnostic architecture; govern versioning, release cadence, platform consistency across Android & iOS. • Identity, Security & Compliance — Govern unified login (Auth0/CIAM), SSO, MFA, biometric auth; ensure Schneider IT security, encryption, and India DPDP Act compliance; embed secure design, access control, and accessibility standards. • Analytics, Engagement & Notifications — Own mobile analytics, adoption metrics, engagement dashboards; govern unified push framework (APNs/FCM) and lifecycle messaging; drive data-driven decisions for usage, retention, and business outcomes. • Architecture, Integrations & Delivery Governance — Govern integrations with SFDC, SFMC, DMS, E-Com, Loyalty, IoT, EV, and backend/API layers; review vendor architecture for scalability, performance, security, maintainability.
