Role & responsibilities • Execute expert-level people management to lead and align the entire production team during shifts. • Utilize advanced presentation and communication skills to share relevant information and updates with stakeholders. • Apply advanced lean manufacturing and productivity improvement techniques to optimize workstation operations. • Leverage advanced quality improvement tools and problem-solving methodologies like A3 and PDCA to achieve quality targets.
