Quality 1. To Improve Plant Quality Performance (Defective components generated due to tool.(Impact to SPPH,SPM) 2. Critical & chronic concern Top 5 components. Delivery 1. New Tool /Fixture tryout & Carrying out the correction of dynamic / static activity. 2.ECN Related Activity. 3.Ensure the availablity of resources like material,Spare,consumable, etc Cost improvement 1. Yield Improvement through VA-VE, (1. RM Size reduction, 2. Tool optimisation., 3. Operation Reduction.) 2. Rejection Cost reduce due to tool /Fixture. 3. Tool /Fixture Maint. Cost reduction through JH/PM/Design change. 4. Consumable cost reduction. 5. Customer Complaints & IHR Quality System 1. Ensure the quality system and documents 2.
