We seek diverse perspectives and experiences to strengthen our global operations and customer experience.This role requires expertise to develop network-wide strategies and drive operational excellence. Collaborate with multiple business teams including FC operations, HR, finance , supply chain, transportation, work force staffing and others.Key job responsibilities* Develop and execute short/medium/long-term operational plans to optimize staffing costs.* Supporting with warehouse staffing/capacity metrics forecasting using statistical modeling to drive a collaborative decision-make.* Responsible for warehouse processing capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities; focus on understanding data deviations, their root causes, and driving forward-looking opportunities* Analyze capacity planning data to identify trends and improvement opportunities and be able to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.* Collaborate with global teams across Europe.* Support Production planning and cost optimization initiatives.
