Location: Bangalore, KA, IN Company: Alstom Job Summary Could you be the full-time Program Manager in Bangalore were looking for Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your program management and technical leadership expertise in a cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated and innovative teammates. You'll lead the overall Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of the program, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Engineering Mtiers, RD, Operations, Sourcing, and Supply Chain), collaborate with external stakeholders like customer representatives and suppliers, and much more. You'll specifically take care of managing program roadmaps, resource allocation, and risk mitigation, but also drive continuous improvement and innovation within the program. Instead, weve listed some that we think will help you succeed and grow in this role: • Bachelors or Postgraduate degree in Engineering IT, CS, ECE, EEE, or equivalent • 15+ years of experience in managing products, projects, or programs (PMP certification is an added advantage) • At least 5 years of experience in managing embedded projects/programs or IT system project management • Strong engineering background with full lifecycle project deployment experience • Hands-on experience in functional or hierarchical team management • Proficiency in cost and planning control for engineering scopes • Experience in customer relationship management for deliverables and scope • Excellent communication skills in a technical environment • Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork and leadership • Proven ability in risk assessment, decision-making, and problem-solving • Resilience, analytical thinking, and adaptability • Experience with European customers is a plus but not mandatory
