Job Description – Program Manager About the Role We are looking for a highly driven Program Manager to lead and execute high-impact strategic and operational initiatives across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and can seamlessly balance strategy with execution. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive critical business initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and build scalable processes from the ground up. Key Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end execution of strategic and operational programs across multiple business functions. • Work closely with business leaders to identify problems, define solutions, and drive implementation. • Own project planning, execution, stakeholder management, and timely delivery of key initiatives. • Collaborate with field and central teams to ensure smooth execution and continuous process improvements. • Design and implement scalable processes, frameworks, and operating mechanisms. • Analyse business data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. • Drive cross-functional alignment while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. • Take complete ownership of programs with minimal supervision and deliver measurable business impact. • Build and scale new initiatives (0 to 1) by creating processes, governance, and execution frameworks. • Prepare business updates, dashboards, and executive reviews for leadership. Preferred Candidate Profile • 2–3 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Operations Excellence, or General Management. • Experience in a generalist role , managing both planning and execution. • Exposure to both field operations and central/business operations is preferred. • Candidates from Management Trainee (MT) programs (2020–2022 batches) will be preferred. • Demonstrated experience in building or scaling processes, products, or business functions from 0 to 1 . • Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. • Comfortable working in highly ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments. • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to execute independently. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data-driven decision-making.
