About Position: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 8 to 12 years of expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture, cloud transformation, and enterprise program delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical architecture knowledge, cloud strategy experience, stakeholder management capabilities, and program execution expertise. This role requires leading large-scale cloud initiatives while ensuring successful delivery, governance, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives. • Role: Program Manager • Location: Pune • Experience: Between 8 to 12 Years • Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise cloud programs focused on GCP architecture and modernization initiatives. • Collaborate with cloud architects and engineering teams to define scalable, secure, and business-aligned cloud solutions. • Translate business and technical requirements into actionable program plans and delivery roadmaps. • Drive cloud migration, transformation, and optimization initiatives across enterprise environments. • Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource planning activities. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA teams, DevOps engineers, security teams, and business stakeholders throughout delivery. • Facilitate architecture reviews, technical governance discussions, and program status reviews. • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies. • Ensure adherence to cloud architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements. • Support production readiness, deployment planning, and operational transition activities. • Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, release management, and stakeholder communication. • Establish governance frameworks, reporting mechanisms, and performance metrics for cloud programs. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution. • Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational excellence programs. • Maintain project documentation, program dashboards, risk registers, and executive reports. • Mentor teams and promote best practices across cloud delivery and program management functions. Expertise You'll Bring: • 8 to 12 years of experience in Program Management, Cloud Transformation, or Enterprise Technology Delivery. • Strong understanding of GCP architecture, cloud services, and enterprise cloud adoption strategies. • Experience managing large-scale cloud migration and modernization programs. • Knowledge of GCP services including Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, IAM, and networking services. • Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles, scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization. • Experience working closely with cloud architects, platform engineers, and DevOps teams. • Proven track record of managing enterprise-scale projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams. • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and modern delivery methodologies. • Strong risk management, dependency management, and program governance skills. • Experience supporting cloud security, compliance, and governance initiatives. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices. • Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills. • Experience preparing executive-level reports, dashboards, and program status updates. • Ability to balance business priorities with technical requirements and delivery constraints. • Strong leadership, ownership, and collaboration skills.
