Job description

We are looking for Program Managers to support the Retail Strategy charter within Central Operations, driving execution on key programs tied to rostering, manpower planning, and store-level strategy rollouts across India. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** - Drive execution of retail strategy programs including rostering rollouts, manpower planning initiatives, and store-level strategy interventions. - Support central teams in tracking program milestones, timelines, and on-ground implementation. - Travel to stores/regions (5-7 days a month) to validate execution, gather ground insights, and support store teams during rollouts. - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Ops, HR, TA) to ensure programs are delivered on time and as per plan. - Build reports/trackers to monitor program health and flag risks to leadership. - Support ad-hoc strategic projects within the Retail Strategy charter as needed. **REQUIREMENTS** - Tier 1 B.Tech or Tier 2 MBA (mandatory) - 1.54 years of relevant experience in program management, operations, or strategy roles (retail/consulting background preferred) - Willingness and ability to travel 57 days per month - Strong execution mindset with good analytical and communication skills - Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment
