Senior Product & Business Consultant Location: Bangalore Years of Experience: 10-13 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product & Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and business consulting, with a focus on creating strategic roadmaps for the next 5+ years. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to leverage AI, Agents, Process Automation (RPA) to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive product and business strategies that align with the company?s long-term vision and goals. • Create detailed roadmaps for product development and business initiatives over the next 5+ years. • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. • Utilize technology (AI, Agents, Robotic Process Automation) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that solutions meet business needs. • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. • Provide thought leadership and guidance to junior consultants and team members. • Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. Mandatory Skills • Proven experience in product and business consulting with a focus on strategic planning. • Expertise in AI, Agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and its application in business processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Skills • Experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm or corporate environment. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on business operations. • Experience in change management and organizational transformation. Qualifications • Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master?s degree preferred. • 10-13 years of relevant experience in product and business consulting. • Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) and RPA tools are a plus.
