Senior Product & Business Consultant **Location:** Bangalore **Years of Experience:** 10-13 Years **Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product & Business Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product and business consulting, with a focus on creating strategic roadmaps for the next 5+ years. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the ability to leverage AI, Agents, Process Automation (RPA) to drive efficiency and innovation within the organization. **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement comprehensive product and business strategies that align with the company?s long-term vision and goals. - Create detailed roadmaps for product development and business initiatives over the next 5+ years. - Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. - Utilize technology (AI, Agents, Robotic Process Automation) to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback, ensuring that solutions meet business needs. - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. - Provide thought leadership and guidance to junior consultants and team members. - Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. **Mandatory Skills** - Proven experience in product and business consulting with a focus on strategic planning. - Expertise in AI, Agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and its application in business processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. **Preferred Skills** - Experience in a leadership role within a consulting firm or corporate environment. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on business operations. - Experience in change management and organizational transformation. **Qualifications** - Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master?s degree preferred. - 10-13 years of relevant experience in product and business consulting. - Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.) and RPA tools are a plus.
